Recommended:
1) 1.6mm Dried Spaghetti: For this dish, 1.6mm dried spaghetti is recommended. The entire dish is made in one pot, utilizing the pasta-cooking broth as the soup base, allowing the noodles to fully absorb the dashi flavor.
2) Fusilli: Fusilli is also an excellent choice. Its spiral shape helps to hold the soup well, ensuring each bite is full of flavor.

The rich, deep flavor of the dashi comes through the soup, delivering a condensed umami taste as if it had been simmered for hours.
The final amount of soup?
The initial amount of water is 2 cups. Ideally, when serving the soup on a plate, it should be enough that you can scoop it up with a spoon.
To prevent too much evaporation, please adjust the cooking time and heat as accurately as possible.

2 cups (about 500 ml) water
Preferred amount of your favorite mushrooms

This product contains two servings, but please use only one serving at a time.

1 packet roasted seaweed
1 packet special sauce
1 packet Kayanoya Kelp Stock Powder

Cooking instructions

Prepare the Dashi

Open Kayanoya Kelp Stock Powder packet and add it to a pot with 2 cups (about 500 ml) of water. Heat over medium heat.

Tip: A deep pot about 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter works best.

Cook the Pasta

When the water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti. Once the pasta is fully submerged, cook for the time indicated on the pasta package, stirring occasionally. Simmer gently over low to medium heat.

Tip: Adjust the firmness of the noodles to your preference. You can also add optional ingredients such as mushrooms, seafood, or vegetables during this step. Raw vegetables should be added toward the end of cooking.
