Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a deep pot, add the torn packet of dashi packet and water, mix well, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once boiling, add the spaghetti. Ensure it is fully submerged and cook for the time indicated on the package. When 2 minutes of cooking time remain, add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
Step 4
Add the special sauce and heat until it comes to a boil again, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Serve the mixture in a deep bowl with the broth, and garnish with roasted seaweed.
