Instructions
Step 1
In a deep pot, add the torn packet of dashi packet and water, mix well, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Once boiling, add the spaghetti. Ensure it is fully submerged and cook for the time indicated on the package. When 2 minutes of cooking time remain, add ground meat and cook until done.
Step 3
Add the special sauce and heat until it comes to a boil again, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Serve in a deep bowl with the broth, garnished with roasted seaweed and green onions.
