3.5 oz (100 g) spaghetti
2 cups (about 500 ml) water
Preferred amount of your favorite mushrooms

This product contains two servings, but please use only one serving at a time.
1 packet roasted seaweed
1 packet special sauce
1 packet Kayanoya Kelp Stock Powder

PREPARE THE DASHI
Open the Kayanoya Kelp Stock Powder packet and add it to a pot with 2 cups (about 500 ml) of water. Heat over medium heat.

COOK THE PASTA
When the water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti. Once the pasta is fully submerged, cook for the time indicated on the pasta package, stirring occasionally. Simmer gently over low to medium heat.

ADD THE SPECIAL SAUCE
Stir in the special sauce and continue cooking until the mixture returns to a gentle boil.

SERVE WITH TOPPINGS
Transfer the pasta to a deep serving bowl and place the roasted seaweed on top.
