Step 1

Cut spinach and sausage into bite-size pieces.

Step 2

In a deep pot, add the torn packet of dashi packet and water, mix well, and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the spaghetti. Ensure it is fully submerged and cook for the time indicated on the package. When 2 minutes of cooking time remain, add 1.

Step 4

Add the special sauce and heat until it comes to a boil again, stirring constantly.

Place 4 with the sauce in a deep bowl and garnish with roasted seaweed.
