We begin with pure juice from Japanese "Kyoho” — large, dark-purple grapes with a high sugar content and mild tartness which combine for a uniquely rich aroma as well as a distinctive sweetness. Then we add rice and apple vinegars to provide a healthy complement to that unique Kyoho flavor. Mix this concentrate with 3 parts still or sparkling water to create a perfect drink for the Summer!
