Step 1
Thinly slice the carrots and radishes. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and let sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 2
Peel the orange and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces. Julienne a small amount of the peel.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the carrots, radishes, orange, and [A]. Mix well and let sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
