Instructions
Step 1
Add [A] to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, remove the dashi packet, then add the ice and stir well until chilled.
Step 2
Pour 0.4 cup (100 ml) of the dashi broth from step 1 into a serving bowl and add the peeled cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
