Step 1
Mix [A] together in advance.
Step 2
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, then season with salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Coat with the [B] mixture, then deep-fry in oil heated to 340℉ (170℃) until crispy.
Step 3
Mix the sauce from step 1 well to prevent the potato starch from clumping, then transfer it to a pan. Bring to a boil while stirring with a spatula.
Step 4
Once the sauce has thickened, add the fried chicken from step 2 and toss to coat.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate and garnish with green onion, white sesame seeds, and red chili powder to taste.
