Step 1
Cut the shrimp into pieces about the same size as the corn kernels. Finely chop the green onions.
Step 2
Combine [A] and mix well.
Step 3
Place the filling from step 2 onto the wonton wrappers, moisten the edges with water, and seal tightly.
Step 4
Deep-fry at 340–355℉ (170–180℃) until golden brown. Serve with the combined [B] sauce.
Tip
Fresh corn is recommended when in season, but canned corn can also be used.
