Instructions
Step 1
Add [A] to a hand blender container and blend until emulsified and thickened to a mayonnaise-like consistency. Then add sushi vinegar and blend again.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until the onion and garlic are completely puréed.
*If the dressing is too thick, add a little water (not listed in the ingredients) to adjust to your desired consistency.
Step 3
Serve over salads or fried dishes.
Tip
If you don’t have a hand blender, add all [A] ingredients except the oil to a bowl, then gradually add the oil while whisking continuously until emulsified. Once emulsified, add the sushi vinegar, the remaining ingredients, grated onion and garlic, and finely chopped herbs, then mix well.
