Step 1
Cut an X on the opposite side of the stem of each tomato.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes and [A] in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the skin and stem from the tomatoes, return them to the broth from step 2, and chill in the refrigerator. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shiso leaf.
