  1. Cut an X on the opposite side of the stem of each tomato.
  2. Place the tomatoes and [A] in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the skin and stem from the tomatoes, return them to the broth from step 2, and chill in the refrigerator. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shiso leaf.
