Chilled Tomato Soup

Ideal for sunny days and hot summer afternoons, this chilled soup is best enjoyed slowly and refreshingly.

  1. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and place them in a pot along with the water and Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (Remove from the packet). Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook until the tomatoes are soft. Once cooled, blend the mixture and strain it through a fine-mesh sieve.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator, then serve in bowls, drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with black pepper to taste.

Note: For an elegant touch, pour the soup into glasses and garnish with micro tomatoes as desired.
