Dissolve the Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (removed from the packet) in the hot water. Add the tomato juice and lemon juice, then mix well. Season with salt to taste.

Chill thoroughly, then pour into serving bowls. Top with diced cherry tomatoes and toasted baguette. Drizzle with olive oil (not included in the ingredients), if desired.
