Step 1

Cut the potatoes into cubes and finely chop the onion.

Step 2

Add all [A] to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the ground beef and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Step 3

Fill the hot dog buns with the mixture from step 2, then drizzle with tonkatsu sauce.

Tip

If you put the croquette filling in bread, it turns into a croquette in your mouth! You can also use any bread you like instead of hot dog buns for a delicious variation.
