Instructions
STEP ONE
In a bowl, combine bite-sized pieces of avocado, finely chopped onion, mayonnaise, and Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Mash the avocado while mixing until well combined.

STEP TWO
Remove the crusts from the sandwich bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin until it is about half its original thickness.

STEP THREE
Place the avocado mixture between two slices of flattened bread. Press the edges firmly with your fingers to seal.

STEP FOUR
Heat about 1 cm of oil to 360°F. Fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil and serve warm.
