Step 1
Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds if necessary. Thinly slice on a diagonal.

Sprinkle with Dashi-Infused Umami Sea Salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Lightly massage, then squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly.
Step 3
Mix the cucumbers with mayonnaise until evenly coated.
Step 4
Spread butter and Japanese mustard on the bread. Add the cucumber mixture, then sandwich together. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Tip
Dashi-Infused Umami Sea Salt has a milder, more rounded saltiness, so using a slightly generous amount will enhance the flavor.
