1. Easy Sushi Rice with Rice Vinegar for Sushi
Simply mix Rice Vinegar for Sushi into freshly cooked rice. Made with pure rice vinegar and kelp dashi, Rice Vinegar for Sushi brings rich, well-balanced flavor—so you can create delicious, authentic sushi rice with ease.

Ingredients (3-4 Servings)
- 1 ½ cups (300 g) uncooked rice
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) water
- 3/8 cup (90ml) Rice Vinegar for Sushi
Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the rice well, then add water and cook.
Tip:
Cook the rice slightly firmer than usual. The water amount listed in the ingredients is based on using a rice cooker, so adjust as needed depending on your cookware.
Step 2
While the rice is still hot, drizzle Rice Vinegar for Sushi over it and gently mix, using a cutting motion.
Tip:
Add the vinegar while the rice is still hot. Let it run down the rice paddle as you pour to distribute it evenly over the rice. To avoid making the rice sticky, hold the paddle upright and mix gently, cutting through the rice rather than stirring.
Step 3
Fan the rice to cool it down.
Tip:
Fan the rice to release excess steam and prevent it from becoming soggy. Once cooled, cover with a damp cloth to keep the rice from drying out.
