Instructions

Step1

Combine the grass-fed beef with chopped parsley, chives, Premium Dashi Stock Powder, chopped shallot, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well, shape into patties, and grill until cooked through.

Step2

Spread vegan mayonnaise on one half of the English muffin and top with tomato, onion slices, and lettuce. Spread French mustard on the other half, then add sliced avocado and ketchup.

Step3

Sprinkle Vegetable Dashi Powder over the grilled patties and top with sprouts.

Step4

Assemble the burgers, garnish with rosemary, and serve.
