  • 1 packet Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (remove from the packet)

  • [A] 1 tbsp sudachi juice (or substitute with lime juice)
  • [A] 1 tsp ichimi togarashi (Japanese chili powder)
  • Vegetable oil (as needed)

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the sliced pork (cut into bite-sized pieces) and sauté until cooked through.
