Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Add onion and carrot, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 20 seconds. Add grated cauliflower and butter. Stir until butter melts. Pour in Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder and stir 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper to taste. Divide and serve. Top with Parmesan cheese to taste.
