Instructions

Step 1

Place [A] in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, remove the packets, then add Double-Aging Soy Sauce - Sweet.

Step 2

In a separate pot, cook Soba Noodles in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain well.

Step 3

Put noodles in a bowl and pour the broth from 1 over them. Top with your choice of garnish such as an egg yolk, wakame seaweed, or chopped green onions.
