Step 1
Julienne the carrot, and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.

Add the rice and [A] to a camping mess tin, then soak for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Add step 1 and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Once cooked, let it steam for about 10 minutes, then add the butter and mix well to combine.
