Step 1

Put [A] in a pot over high heat. Boil Hand-Stretched Udon Noodles as indicated.

Step 2

Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and add [B].

Step 3

Place udon noodles and ice in a bowl, pour over 2 and garnish with sudachi.

Tip

You may use yuzu or other citrus fruits as a substitute for sudachi.
