Cold Udon

The rich umami of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder and the gentle taste on one's palate are more enhanced when served cold. The accents with the different kinds of acidity of the plum and sudachi bring out the taste.


2 Servings


  1. Put [A] in a pot over high heat. Boil Hand-Stretched Udon Noodles as indicated.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and add [B].
  3. Place udon noodles and ice in a bowl, pour over 2 and garnish with sudachi.

Note: You may use yuzu or other citrus fruits as a substitute for sudachi.
