Instructions

Step 1

Add [A] to a rice cooker, then add water up to the 2-cup line and cook.

Step 2

Boil the spinach, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the dashi and toss to combine.

Step 3

Lay the nori flat and make a cut from the center of the bottom edge up to the middle.

Step 4

Place the fried egg on the bottom right, and place the lettuce and some of step 2 on the top right. Spread 3.5 oz (100 g) of the cooked rice over the left half of the nori, leaving a small gap between the top-left and bottom-left sections. Add the tempura flakes on top of the rice in the top-left section.

Fold from the bottom right up to the top right.
