Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins starting from cold water. Once tender, peel and cut into ¾-inch (about 2 cm) cubes.
Step 2
Place the potatoes and [A] in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the potato mixture. When the cheese has melted and the bottom is golden brown, flip and cook the other side until similarly browned.
