- Place the unpeeled potatoes in a pot of plenty of water and bring to a boil. Cook until a skewer can easily pierce through them.
- Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add [A], and mix well until smooth.
Tip: For the creamiest texture, be sure to mash and mix the potatoes while they are still hot.
