Creamy Mashed Potatoes

These creamy mashed potatoes are smooth and flavorful. The perfect side dish for hamburg steak, beef stew, or any hearty meal.

2 potatoes
[A] 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from the packet)
[A] 1 tbsp butter
[A] 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

Place the unpeeled potatoes in a pot of plenty of water and bring to a boil. Cook until a skewer can easily pierce through them.
Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add [A], and mix well until smooth.

Tip: For the creamiest texture, be sure to mash and mix the potatoes while they are still hot.
