Step 1
Peel the eggplants and soak them in water for about 5 minutes. Wrap each eggplant individually in plastic wrap while still damp, then microwave at medium (600W) for about 4 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Finely chop the eggplants and place them in a bowl. Add [A] and mix well. Serve on bread, if desired.
