- Gently wash the oysters in salted water, then blanch them in boiling water for about 15 seconds.
- Wrap each blanched oyster with a slice of bacon.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon-wrapped oysters seam-side down and cook until the bacon is crispy. Season with Garlic Red Chili Pepper Spinach Sea Salt or Basil Garlic Sea Salt to taste.
- Place the cooked oysters on toasted slices of baguette and serve.
Tip: Washing oysters with grated daikon radish makes them even plumper.
Note: Instead of wrapping them with bacon, you can sauté the oysters together with bacon and serve them over scrambled eggs for a delicious combination.
