Bacon-Wrapped Oysters

These bacon-wrapped oysters offer a savory blend of smoky bacon and tender, briny oysters, perfectly seasoned with Garlic Red Chili Pepper Spinach Sea Salt or Basil Garlic Sea Salt. Enjoy them on toasted baguette slices for a delightful appetizer.

  1. Gently wash the oysters in salted water, then blanch them in boiling water for about 15 seconds.
  2. Wrap each blanched oyster with a slice of bacon.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon-wrapped oysters seam-side down and cook until the bacon is crispy. Season with Garlic Red Chili Pepper Spinach Sea Salt or Basil Garlic Sea Salt to taste.
  4. Place the cooked oysters on toasted slices of baguette and serve.

Tip: Washing oysters with grated daikon radish makes them even plumper.
Note: Instead of wrapping them with bacon, you can sauté the oysters together with bacon and serve them over scrambled eggs for a delicious combination.
