Instructions
Step 1
Blend [A] in a food processor.
Step 2
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough until soft like an earlobe.
Step 3
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 30 minutes (time may vary based on temperature).
Step 4
Once the dough has risen 1.5 times in size, divide it in half and roll out each portion.
Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook each portion of dough over medium heat (you can also use an oven).
Step 6
When a light char appears on one side, flip the dough. Add cheese to the cooked side, cover with a lid, and cook the other side.
Step 7
Slice and drizzle with honey.
