Honey Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

For 2 Pizzas
  • [A] 2 cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • [A] 1 tbsp sugar
  • [A] 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • [A] 1/2 tsp salt
  • [A] 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Mushroom Stock Powder (removed from the packet)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (your preferred cheese)
  • Honey (as desired)
  • Olive oil (as needed)

Directions

  1. Blend [A] in a food processor.
  2. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough until soft like an earlobe.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 30 minutes (time may vary based on temperature).
  4. Once the dough has risen 1.5 times in size, divide it in half and roll out each portion.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook each portion of dough over medium heat (you can also use an oven).
  6. When a light char appears on one side, flip the dough. Add cheese to the cooked side, cover with a lid, and cook the other side.
  7. Slice and drizzle with honey.
