Tuna Tartare

  1. Roughly chop the tuna and mix it with Kayanoya Original Kelp Stock Powder.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and parsley.
  3. Place steps 1 and 2 on a serving plate. Make a small well in the center of the tuna, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with black pepper. Mix before eating and enjoy with garlic toast if desired.
