Instructions

Step 1

Roughly chop the tuna and mix it with Kayanoya Original Kelp Stock Powder.

Step 2

Finely chop the red onion and parsley.

Step 3

Place steps 1 and 2 on a serving plate. Make a small well in the center of the tuna, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with black pepper. Mix before eating and enjoy with garlic toast if desired.

Tip

Mix in the red onion and parsley just before serving to prevent excess moisture.
