Step 1
Combine the diced avocado, Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (removed from the packet), and curry powder. Wrap the mixture in the gyoza wrappers.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and shallow-fry the gyoza until golden brown and crispy.
Tip
Cooking avocado brings out its natural sweetness and creates a soft, fluffy texture. Simply mix, wrap, and pan-fry for a crispy snack—no deep-frying required.
