Avocado Tacos

Modern take on a classic Latin dish with Asian flavors.

Directions

  1. Cut medium tomatoes and avocado into chunks.
  2. Chop red onions, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro into fine pieces. Transfer to bowl and mix with a fork. Squeeze lime over mix.
  3. Toss thoroughly with Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder from both packets. Serve the mixture on small, warm flour or corn tortillas and top with the cooked ground meat.
