Shiitake Mushroom Hamburger Steak

A hamburger patty seasoned with Kayanoya Original Mushroom Stock Powder is placed on fresh shiitake mushrooms. This dish allows you to fully enjoy the rich flavor of shiitake mushrooms.


Ingredients

2 Servings
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 7 oz ground meat (pork and beef mix)
  • [A] 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Mushroom Stock Powder (remove from the packet)
  • [A] 1/4 onion
  • [A] 1 egg
  • [A] 3 tbsp water
  • Flour (as needed)
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion from [A]. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Mix the ground meat, the chopped onion from 1, and the [A] thoroughly in a bowl.
  3. Dust the shiitake mushrooms from 1 with flour, then stuff them with the mixture from 2.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the stuffed shiitake mushrooms from 3.
