Step 1

Cut the beef into about 1-inch (3 cm) strips and drizzle with red wine. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Thinly slice the mushrooms and onion.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan, then add the beef and sauté. Add the roughly chopped tomato and continue sautéing. Add [A] and mix everything together.
