  1. Cook the udon noodles, then rinse under cold running water and drain well.
  2. Julienne the bell pepper and carrot. Quickly blanch the bean sprouts. Slice the pork into thin strips, stir-fry until cooked through, then toss with Roasted Garlic Miso Paste.
