  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add roughly chopped tomatoes and thinly sliced okra, and sauté.
  2. Add [A] and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add [B]. Return to medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the boiled udon noodles and bring just to a boil again.
