  1. Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. (Pause halfway through to stir, then continue heating.) 
  2. Transfer to a toaster oven and broil until lightly browned. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.

Note: Cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the meat. If the chicken is still pink when cut, heat for an additional 1–2 minutes as needed.
