Instructions
Step 1
Remove the tips from the chicken wings and coat them with half a packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Crush the garlic.
Step 2
In a frying pan, combine the ingredients from [A] and the remaining half packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Heat cooking oil to 320°F. Coat the chicken wings with potato starch and fry them slowly, gradually increasing the oil temperature. Fry for about 20 minutes until crispy.
Step 4
Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce in Step 2 and coat them evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
