Glazed Teriyaki Wings

Sweet and savory chicken wings infused with the rich flavor of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. The key is using the dashi twice—once for marinating and again for seasoning.

  1. Remove the tips from the chicken wings and coat them with half a packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Crush the garlic.
  2. In a frying pan, combine the ingredients from [A] and the remaining half packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  3. Heat cooking oil to 320°F. Coat the chicken wings with potato starch and fry them slowly, gradually increasing the oil temperature. Fry for about 20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce in Step 2 and coat them evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
