Instructions

Step 1

Coat the fish with [A] and let sit for a few minutes. Crush the garlic, thinly slice the Japanese leek, and cut the shiso leaves into thin strips.

Step 2

Add the oil and crushed garlic to a frying pan and heat. Coat the fish with potato starch, then place it in the pan and cook on both sides.

Step 3

Add the Japanese leek to the pan, cover, and steam-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4

Add [B] to the pan and sprinkle with the shiso leaves.
