  1. Place the chicken tenderloin on a microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.

Note: Cooking time may vary depending on the shape and thickness of the meat. If the meat is still red in the center after cutting, cook it a little longer.
