Step 1
Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, add [B] and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove the dashi packet. Add [A] and cook.
Step 3
Lower the heat, add the pork and sweet potato, and continue simmering.
Step 4
Once everything is cooked through, add the green beans and gently crumble in the tofu. Dissolve the miso into the soup and serve.
