How to Prepare Dashi Ramen

Simply prepare the dashi-based broth, cook the noodles, and add your toppings for a bowl that’s rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Included in the Kit:

  • 1 packet soup broth (dashi) [A]
  • 1 packet seasoning [B]
  • 1 packet dried noodle

Instructions

Add 1 1/2 cup (350ml) of water and [A]soup broth (dashi) packet to a pot. Heat over low heat until the water begins to boil, then simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the packet.

Add [B]seasoning to a bowl.

Pour the soup prepared in step 2 and stir well until fully dissolved.

Cook dried noodles in plenty of boiling water for about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.

Strain the cooked noodles using a colander, transfer them to the bowl with the prepared soup in step three, and enjoy.
Garnish with green onions, a boiled egg, or any toppings of your preference.

CAUTION: Handle carefully to avoid burns from boiling water.
