Step 1
Roughly chop the almonds. Finely chop the parsley and red onion. Thinly slice the tuna and arrange it on a well-chilled plate.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine [A] and mix well. Gradually whisk in the extra virgin olive oil to create a dressing.
