Tuna Carpaccio

Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder also works beautifully as a dressing. Try it over sashimi for a refined, unexpected flavor — ideal for special occasions.


Ingredients

2-3 Servings
  • 1.8-2.8 oz tuna (sashimi-grade, block)
  • 5-6 unsalted almonds
  • Parsley and black pepper to taste
  • [A] 1 packet Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from the packet)
  • [A] 1/4 red onion
  • [A] 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • [A] 1 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the almonds. Finely chop the parsley and red onion. Thinly slice the tuna and arrange it on a well-chilled plate.
  2. In a bowl, combine [A] and mix well. Gradually whisk in the extra virgin olive oil to create a dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the tuna. Sprinkle it with almonds, parsley, and black pepper.
