Step 1
Mince the onion and garlic. Clean the clams. Remove the stem from the bell pepper and slice thinly. Cut the green beans in half.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the rice and stir until coated with oil.
Step 3
Add clams, bell pepper, green beans, and [A]. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Once the liquid is absorbed, turn off the heat and let it steam.
