Instructions
Step 1
In a small pan, add ingredients [A] and heat over low flame, stirring until lightly colored. Let it cool.
Step 2
In a pot, add ingredients [B] and bring to a boil. Cook each vegetable separately until tender, then drain.
Step 3
Arrange the cooked vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, and smoked salmon on a plate. Sprinkle with salt, scatter the olives and anchovies, and drizzle with the prepared oil from step 1.
