Step 1
Heat the olive oil and minced garlic in a pot. Add the bacon, onion, and celery, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, and sauté until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the roughly chopped tomato and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates. Add the cabbage (cut into 1-inch pieces), [A], and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper.
