Mushroom Salad

Simple, quick, and healthy.

  • 12 white mushrooms
  • 1 packet Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (remove from 1 packet)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated garlic
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Preferred amount of grated cheese
  • Preferred amount of parsley


  1. Slice white mushrooms and pour Dashi Stock Powder into bowl. Add mushrooms and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and pepper.
  2. Place on plate and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
