Dashi Cheese fondue
Instructions
In a pot, combine water and the Kayanoya Light in Sodium Vegetable Stock Powder. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2–3 minutes, and remove the dashi packet. Mix [A] in a small bowl until smooth.
Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the cheese to the dashi from step 1, stirring constantly to melt. Once melted, stir in the potato starch mixture and continue mixing until thickened.
When the cheese and dashi are well combined, dip your favorite ingredients into the fondue and enjoy!
Tip: Add the cheese in small portions to make mixing easier.
