Crustless Quiche

Packed with autumn flavors, this dish is easy to make—just sauté, mix, and bake. The melted cheese combined with the umami of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder results in a simple yet deeply satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2.8 oz bacon
  • 3.5 oz mushrooms
  • 3.5 oz pumpkin
  • [A] 4 eggs
  • [A] 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • [A] 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • [A] 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from the packet)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon, mushrooms, and pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, then sauté in a pan with heated oil.
  2. Mix [A] in a bowl, then add the sautéed mixture.
  3. Pour everything into a heatproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 10 minutes.
